On April 15th, I had a visit in Telemedicine with Dr. Zaiac and Dr. Canazza. Everything went well; I received all the instructions I needed. I am Italian and, over the years, having the support of an Italian professional during my visits has always been very important to me; in this particular situation I appreciate this opportunity even more. I am a Psychologist and I am used to pay particular attention on the emotional aspects of circumstances. So, I take this occasion to thank you not only for incorporating Telemedicine in this particular moment of our lives, but also for having given native Italian speakers the chance to communicate more easily when the emotions may take over.

My teleconference with you this week was extremely effective. I had my doubts about a virtual skincare appointment, but you put all of my fears to rest after our appointment concluded. Not only were you professional and helpful (as always) you were quickly able to diagnose my issue, get me the meds needed, and resolve the problem. I appreciate the time you took to treat me and look forward to an in person appointment soon!

Our children had the privilege of being seen via telemedicine by Annabelle Clement as a follow up visit to their skin treatments. In this technology driven world, my children were fascinated that they could see their PA on their IPad screens. My son for his acne and my daughter for her puberty related skin condition. Even though, we love seeing Annabelle in person, this was an easy and effective alternative to in office visits. We are super happy to have been given this opportunity. Thank you

I recently had a telemed visit with Annabelle Clement and as a new comer to virtual visits, I'm pleased to report how easy, fast, convenient and efficient my visit with her was. Annabelle was extremely supportive, caring and attentive to all my concerns. She was able to diagnosis and prescribe treatment quickly while explaining in detail the treatment plan. I would definitely ask to be seen by Annabelle again for any more of my dermatological needs and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I want to thank Dr. Marty Zaiac. Yesterday i woke up with an extremely painful swollen ear infection. We are on lockdown for Covid 19 and I was so nervous that I wasn't going to be able to receive medical attention. I could barely hear, i had a headache, it was awful. Dr Zaiac arranged for me to have a telemedicine session. He immediately diagnosed the problem and prescribed the medication I needed. 24 hours later and I am feeling so much better. How lucky we are to be able to take advantage of this new technology! Dr. Zaiac the telemedicine service is a lifesaver. Thank you for always being on the forefront of helping patients like me!!
